Children's Discovery Area

Join us at the Children’s Discovery Area and learn why it may be the most fun corner of the festival! It includes the Children’s Performing Stage, Hands-on Activities tents, and the Student Art Exhibit.

Enjoy continuous, interactive and educational entertainment by local award-winning storytellers, musicians, and dancers who will perform theater, opera, jazz, Cajun music, magic tricks and more!

Local organizations will also provide a variety of free activities, including face painting and several areas where children can create their own works of art.

Supported in part by an award from National Endowment for the Arts and a grant from the Louisiana Division of the Arts, Office of Cultural Development, Department of Culture, Recreation and Tourism in cooperation with the Louisiana State Arts Council as administered by the St. Tammany Commission on Cultural Affairs
